4th retreat happening in Nusfjord Fishermans village in Lofoten with a new inspiring women's team that will make this experience a transformative one for only 6 women participants.
10 months from today, we will be staying in historical fishermen’s village cottages right by the sea and Kittiwakes seagulls' home. The retreat will happen in the middle of August to avoid the tourist heatwave and have more space to be and to create. We will be able to create in multidisciplinary ways, learn tribal, camouflage, and sustainable special effects body-painting, learn about photography, the history of body art, and my artistic journey, the way we see nature—human body as one—and lose judgment, guilt, and shame regarding our bodies. We will be able to disconnect and reconnect on this transformative journey. Most of the classes will happen outdoors—on the top of the mountains, by the sea, in forest valleys, and on islands.
My artistic retreat program wouldn’t work alone without the collaboration of movement, mindfulness, yoga, and teachings of embodied awareness and authentic being, guided by Victoria. The water landscape journey, guided with mindfulness by Teresa and Ewa, whose presence and talent for capturing our experience in artistic, respectful ways would be there to collect our colourful experiences.
We will live together, and we will also have time, breaks and space for ourselves, eat well with 3 meals a day, take road trips, hikes, explore, play, shout, laugh, cry, and just be ourselves, sharing our stories and experiences. Between intense and calmness, the retreat will happen in balance and a transformative journey through inner landscapes. The retreat isn’t for everyone; if you are willing to invest in yourself, give time, presence, and be open to new creative perspectives, step out of the normal—ordinary, do some inner work and allow yourself to go on a unique transformative journey all the way in Arctic Lofoten, this retreat is for YOU!

Vilija
Your Teacher
"Vilija is your teacher in body art and the connection to your inner nature. She is a two-time world bodypainting champion, known for her body art in the Arctic. Her work focuses on human-nature rights, and self-expression.
Vilija believes that change happens from within, through daily choices, smaller and bigger actions, and daring to visualise - dream your wildest dreams and let them to be lived.
In this unique retreat - art residency of Inner Landscapes , her goal is to build a opening mind and heart environment for you to open up and see your inner landscapes. Vilija aims to help you experience connection and creativity from a different perspective, express yourself, and let your inner child play—to be a bit "crazy, weird, and unique"—to be YOU." -
Victoria
Your teacher
Victoria is your teacher in embodied awareness and authentic being. She’s here to be your grounded soft rock, ensuring you feel held through the flow of the week.
The heart of her work is to guide you into deeper friendship and intimacy with your body and nature. When we know and can tune into their language and rhythms, we open ourselves to nature's inherent ability to transform.
Transformation begins with deep awareness, radical honesty, and loving acceptance of what is alive in this very moment. The challenges and the ease. From here we trust and surrender to what flows from this space.
Victoria combines various movement practices with therapeutic music, meditation and curious inquiry to guide you into your own felt-experience. She’s drawn to the more feminine, playful and freeing forms of practices and is known for her meditative voice, deep empathy, and joyful boundless energy.
Her wish is that we all remember what it feels like to move and be freely as ourselves, experiencing the felt wisdom of the body and its inseparability from our surroundings.
She is an embodiment Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic feminine-form health coach, doula, massage therapist, nature guide, permaculturist and chef.

Teresa
Your guide with mindfulness and playfulness
Teresa is drawn as much to the whispers of the human heart as to the wild rhythm of nature. With a background in psychology and a deep love for the stories we carry, as well as for the pure beauty and healing power of nature, she delights in witnessing the bonds that emerge when people move together through untamed landscapes. Here in Lofoten, where fjords carve the earth and light dances across the waves, Teresa will guide you on a unique journey by kayak, gliding through mystical waters that hold both adventure and stillness.
For her, guiding is more than a path or a destination—it is about opening a gentle, peaceful, and safe space to listen, to feel, and to let the land, the water, and each other reflect what is alive within us. Together, we will explore, rest, and immerse ourselves in the subtle magic of these northern skies, where every turn invites wonder, connection, and the profound healing presence of nature.
In the bonds between nature, ourselves, and each other, something truly extraordinary can unfold.
